May 17th - 21st

Early Morning 6:00am - 7:15am

This course is held over 5 consecutive mornings. We'll begin our days by gently waking the mind and body with breath-led movement and flow, and finish with some yin poses. Each morning will build upon the last, as we become familiar with free-flowing yin/yang movement patterns, and build to a full flowing yin/yang sequence at the end of the 5 days. The course is suitable for beginners and anyone who would like to start their day feeling centred and energised.
