Get your day off to a great start and set the flow for a happy, healthy and energised week. Combining meditation, pranayama and asana, these classes will leave you relaxed and energised, ready for the day ahead. Intensives (but not too intense!) are a perfect opportunity to feel the effects of consistent practice.
