These classes are a beautiful way to start the day (and they're not crazy early) - so come and give it a whirl!
Bringing body and breath awareness together to support an experience of embodiment is the starting point of these classes. We then move into a gentle flow to invigorate and energise the body and mind followed by pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
