This weekend intensive is recommended for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of the yogic path, practice and experience. Together we will be exploring the first two chapters of one of yoga’s foundational texts - the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali.

Topics of exploration will include:

  • What is Yoga ?
  • What is the mind?
  • What disturbs our mental clarity?

Bringing these questions into focus is not only helpful and interesting but indeed essential to the life and practice of a yogi.
