Friday Morning Yoga with Samantha


This 5 week block will give opportunity to come into a direct and spacious relationship with life. We will be exploring,

Asana (yoga postures)
Pranayama (breathing techniques) 
Meditation

as ways of cultivating clarity and stability through body, heart and mind, opening a pathway for insight, release and freshness.

While you are welcome to attend casually, there is great benefit to committing to all five sessions. 

Single sessions $20 each (cash at studio or you can use your multi class pass).
