Talk - Guided practice of OM chanting - Group OM chanting - Silent meditation on OM

Everybody seems to love OM. It's everywhere from the front of your Tshirt to the back on your mobile phone cover. But do we really feel the love back? Do we feel the peace or the sweetness or the power of OM? Leo guides the chanting of OM with the intention of letting the sound touch every part of the body and the surrounding area, from the tip of the lips to the bottom of the belly and up to the crown of the head. Along the way he covers: Why is the voice supposed to free us up? The four levels of speech. What is it that unites all the styles of yoga? What model can we use to build yoga culture in the West? After a detailed led practice of chanting the evening concludes with group OM chanting and silent meditation on OM.

This performance is being offered by Dana. There will be a donation box visible on the evening (please ask if you can't see it). Booking make our life easier and are greatly appreciated.
