This 4 week block gives opportunity to explore the relationship between strength, stability and stillness of body, heart and mind, through asana, pranayama and meditation.
These classes involve strengthening poses combined with slow flowing movements, clearing and balancing breath techniques and quiet relaxation with the occasional crystal bowl sound bath (if you’re uncomfortable with the sound bath experience please let me know when you arrive).
In short, you may get a bit hot and sweaty but you will also have plenty of time to unwind and drop into a lovely peaceful state ;-)
