Tuesday Evening Yoga - 4 Week Block


12th Feb - 5th March

6:30pm-8pm

$80 (4 classes)

$25 single class

This 4 week block gives opportunity to explore the relationship between strength, stability and stillness of body, heart and mind, through asana, pranayama and meditation.

These classes involve strengthening poses combined with slow flowing movements, clearing and balancing breath techniques and quiet relaxation with the occasional sound bath (if you are uncomfortable with the sound bath please mention to me when you arrive).

In short, you may get a bit hot and sweaty but you will also have plenty of time to unwind and drop into a lovely peaceful state ;-)

Commit to the block - $20 per class

Casual (if there is room) - $25 per class
