The prevertebral developmental patterns are models of full-body organization that underlie and support all subsequent movement development. Explore patterns of vibration, cellular breathing, sponging, pulsation, navel radiation (starfish), mouthing and pre-spinal as a developmental sequence, emerging from space into form. These patterns develop a sense of multidimensional presence, inner/outer relationship, radial symmetry, and the beginnings of front/back and top/bottom organization.
This is first in a series of six BMC workshop to be offered at Dharma Circle in 2019 with Kim Sargent-Wishart
