Body-Mind Centering®- Senses: perceiving inner and outer environments

Saturday 6 April

2pm-5pm

with Kim Sargent-Wishart

How do we receive, perceive, and interpret sensory experience? How does this reception inform and affect who, what and where we are? This workshop introduces the perceptual-motor cycle as an ongoing process of sensing, interpreting and responding. We will explore the dialogue between the internal felt senses (proprioceptive and kinesthetic senses) and the senses of vision, hearing and touch through which we perceive the outer world.
