Transform the classical poses of yoga into something soft and beautiful and truly your own.
Suggestions of rest in the midst of a pose helps us to release the outer shell of holding and free the natural buoyancy within. Shine a light on your pelvis and spine so you can see yourself from the inside out. The workshops aims for you to experience a grounding of the body and an uplifting of the spirit.

A bit more information about the practice and Katie
Feminine, playful and wave-like movements touch us deeply and impress a new way of being upon our everyday self.
Significant change to the way you hold and move the body in daily life - when you walk, sit, drive, stand - are highly likely outcomes as you discover new and sweeter ways of being in your body.
If you resist a home yoga practice, this is the workshop to free you up and delight in the body’s movement and stillness.
If you don’t know Katie….. I like to keep my teaching fun and engaging. I've practiced and researched yoga for 20 years so there’s bucket loads to share, but the trick is to share it skilfully, so the essence of yoga is felt for each student in their centre, with their stillness and their inner movements. I am a yoga therapist, privileged to study under Leigh Blashki’s guidance and I study each year with international and local teachers to enrich my teaching of yoga. Donna Farhi, Judith Lasater, Dianne Long and Paul Wooden have styles that I resonate with in my life and I’ll be sharing that vibe with you.
