Autumn-Shedding the unhelpful

A balance of qigong, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation crafted according to the seasons to nourish, balancer and restore. These are longer 1 1/2 hr sessions sequenced over 4 week blocks to encourage stability, understanding and growth. Students are encouraged to book for all four sessions to get the most out of the practice. You are more than welcome to come casually.
