The Self Care Retreat has been designed to help you feel whole again by filling up your cup.
You will practice Mindfulness, Meditation, Movement, Mindful Eating, Reiki, Sound and Stillness in a comfortable meditation space.
This retreat is all about spending time with yourself, so you can reconnect and restore your body and mind through our day of Mindfulness.
