A balance of qigong, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation crafted according to the seasons to nourish, balancer and restore. These are longer 1-1/2 hr sessions sequenced over 4-week blocks to encourage continuity, stability, understanding and growth.
In this block, we will be working with harnessing the yang vibrancy of Summer so that we don’t get overwhelmed or overextended but work towards a deep feeling of contentment, joy, a clear connection to self and others which when balanced can be a source of stability, a celebration of life.
Students are encouraged to book for all four sessions to get the most out of the practice. You are more than welcome to come casually.
