Get your week off to a great start…

Gentle Yoga with Gemma Mondays 10:30 am- 11:45 am 

This class is designed to gently support you to return to the yoga practice that you may have not visited as much this year. To take time to slowly warm and open the muscles and joints, ground your energy, wake up the spine and to feel gently into your body and breath. 

We will explore grounding, seated asana focussing on finding spaciousness in the body, mind and breath. The class will include some gentle vinyasa flows to free up the body and breath as well as some pranayama. This will be a lovely way to prepare your body for a greater sense of easefulness for your day and for midday meditation with Samantha in the studio via zoom directly afterwards. We would love to have you for both sessions! 

We are only permitted to have 10 students in the studio, so booking is essential.
