Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for two weeks, 6:30-7:50am, with Samantha.
Get your day off to a great start and set the flow for a happy, healthy and energised week. Combining meditation, pranayama and asana, these classes will leave you relaxed and energised, ready for the day ahead. Intensives (but not too intense!) are a perfect opportunity to feel the effects of consistent practice.
Early Bird. Book & pay before the end January - $90 for all 6 classes.
Otherwise: $20 per Class

- Early Morning Yoga - Block Pass $90 (6 early morning classes only)
- 10 Class Pass $180 (can be used for ANY 60min-90min class)
- One Class Pass - Can be used for casual attendance
Once you have your pass you are ready to book your class...go back to "HOME" click "Book a Class". Scroll down to find the class(es) you are interested in and click BOOK.
