Pranayama - Moving into Subtle Breath

In order to establish a meaningful pranayama practice, we must be willingness to go beyond the idea of breath control and develop a relationship with the more subtle currents of breath and indeed life itself. 

The breath within the breath is a portal to divine unfolding and transformation. Our pranayama practice only matures with our willingness to unfold and be transformed.

These classes follow on from the Pranayama 101 block and are for best suited for yogis who are familiar with pranayama and have an interested in exploring the subtleties of practice.

 

Moving into the Subtle Breath will run for 7 weeks.
