The practice of Pranayama is an important link between physical postures (asana) and the experience of deep meditation (samadhi).  

These sessions help to development a clear and tangible relationship with the inner terrain of breath and consciousness. Our practice matures with our capacity and willingness to feel into the subtle currents of life and let them open us up completely - the breath within the breath is a portal to divine unfolding and transformation 

Samantha's approach to teaching pranayama is gentle and informative. By introducing and building the practices slowly she underscores the importance of developing an easeful and wise relationship practice. Pranayama practice is not something to be rushed, a sturdy foundation is worth taking time to cultivate.

This gentle approach means these session are accessible to all levels of experience and will appeal to yogis and meditators alike.

While casual attendance is always welcome,  regularity of practice will bring deeper understanding & experience.

$20 per session

$18 with a Studio 10 Class Pass
