Have you noticed that as the end of the year draws closer, the "to do list” get longer and the days seem to zoom passes faster? 

Well, these 5 day intensives are designed to encourage you to put time aside, to pause, reconnect and revitalise (sounds good right?).   

These sessions will offer a gentle morning practice aimed at energising the body and mind - no only getting you ready for the day ahead but also giving you an opportunity to drop the building momentum of (dare I say it...) the pre Christmas mayhem.  

Classes include gentle slow flowing postures to warm and open the body, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation to relax and brighten the mind. 

All levels of experience are welcome.

BLOCK PASS - (5 classes in 5 days)

$80 - ($16 per class)

$20 - casual

$18 - with Studio 10 Class Pass
