A 6 week course of baby and me yoga. A wonderful way to connect with other new mothers, to gently reintroduce or discover a yoga practice, abd bond with your baby. The asanas will focus on strengthening and toning the body, the magical pelvic floor, and help alleviate tension that can arise with the demands of early months parenting. Suitable for babies up to 6 months, and new mothers who are 6 weeks post partum.
Dates: August 5th through to September 9th.
