Yes my friends, Winter is drawing to an end albeit rather slowly and the excitement of Spring is just around the corner.
Now is the time to do the mental preparation (and commitment) for what you know is a great thing to do ;-)
Come and join me for a 5 day Early Morning Yoga intensive in October.
Classes will include equal part gentle slow flowing postures to warm and open the body, pranayama and meditation to steady and relax the mind.
Pre booking is required and no casual or part attendence is available for this course.
