Friday Evening Chill and Chant

Join Emma and Patrick for a unique evening of guided relaxation (yoga nidra) and mantra chanting. In combining these two different practices they aim to bring together the best that each has to offer: the deeply relaxing and transformative power of yoga nidra, combined with the sacredness of mantra and the healing quality of sound and vibration.
About the practices:
Yoga Nidra
A simple series of guided body, breath and awareness techniques. A physically passive practice, done sitting or lying down. Bring your favourite blanket and warm socks!
Chanting
Experience the uplifting power of mantra through shared call and response chanting. Rusty voices welcomed!
These evenings are open to absolute beginners, experienced Yogis and anyone in between. All that is required a willingness to experience.
