The first 30min of these classes will be a combination of gentle stretchers to help wake up and soften the body and a simple flowing sequence to get the the blood pumping. The second half of the class will be 30min of pranayama (breathing practices).
This morning practice is a perfect start to the day and if you have time you are welcome to stay for the 30min meditation sit at 8am (offered by Dana).
These sessions are open for casual attendance but why not make a commitment to yourself in for the full 8 weeks? ;-)
$20 per class
$18/$16 with or Jade or Sadhana Pass.
You can book with either a Single Pass or any of the Multi Passes.
