Beginner's Mind: Meditation Instructions Unpacked

Are you interested in learning how to meditate but not sure where to start?

The thing is, meditation doesn't need to be complicated in order for it to be extraordinary beneficial!   

This 2hr workshop is a great way to get a feel for the meditation practices offered at Dharma Circle (which mostly fit into either samata and vipassana) - we will have plenty of time to explore, ask questions and clarify experiences. 

At the end of the session you will have established a great foundation for continued exploration, practice and understanding.

Open to everyone.

Cost: Offered by Dana (donation) - 

Dana - a Buddhist practice of generosity. Please offer what feels appropriate and possible on any given day. Dana is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart. All donations are greatly appreciated and directly support our ability to held this precious space i.e. paying the rent! 

There will be a "Dana" box visible at the centre.
