Practices that work with the Kundalini are found in all traditional forms of yoga. Today, the term Kundalini comes with a whole lot of baggage. One can very quickly find themselves going down the rabbit hole of confusion as they scroll through the copious amounts of virtual information available. For the seeker of authentic practice, authenticity can be hard to come by. But, if we combine an experience with honest discernment, we may be able to bridge that gap.
In this series of monthly workshops, we will explore Kundalini from the lens of the yogic teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Through discussion, the practice of meditative Kundalini Yoga kriyas and the use of Naad (sound current), we will work with the Kundalini to explore, cultivate and experience Shuniya (the point of stillness).
This series of workshops is open to all, from the beginner to the more experienced. The time we will spend will be spacious and allow for integration. It is particularly calling to those interested in harnessing Kundalini to cultivate a deep state of stillness within.
