Tuesday Evening Yoga - 5 week block with Samantha


This 5 week block gives opportunity to explore the relationship between strength, stability and openness of body, heart and mind, through asana, pranayama and meditation.

These classes involve strengthening poses combined with slow flowing movements, clearing and balancing breath techniques and quiet relaxation with the occasional crystal bowl sound bath! Please let me know when you arrive if you have a sound sensitivity that would make the sound bath unhelpful for you.

In short, you may get a bit hot and sweaty but you will also have plenty of time to unwind and drop into a lovely peaceful state ;-)

The 5 week comitted block $100

Casual attendence is welcome depending on space $25 per class (you can pay cash or use card at the studio).
