This 5 week block gives opportunity to explore the relationship between strength, stability and openess of body, heart and mind, through asana, pranayama and meditation.
These classes involve strengthening poses combined with slow flowing movements, clearing and balancing breath techniques and quiet relaxation.
In short, you may get a bit hot and sweaty but you will also have plenty of time to unwind and drop into a lovely peaceful state ;-)
Pre Booking is helpful but NOT essential.
