Meditation-Based Practice with Samantha


These 2-hour sessions are really spacious and while we do explore gentle movements as a way of clarifying and freeing up the body, the focus is on relaxing and liberating the mind from unhelpful tendencies. Throughout the 4 weeks, you will develop a deeper understanding of the mind and the space of meditation. 
You are welcome to come casually but to be honest the 4 weeks flow and grow upon one another in a way that makes sense to commit to the whole block (and it's a super deal if you commit upfront ).
