Friday Morning Yoga with Samantha


These classes take an exploratory approach and are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis who appreciate a sense of space and depth in their practice. Through these sessions we will be utilising asana, pranayama and meditation as ways of coming into contact with and develop a clearer understanding of the subtilise of body, heart and mind experience.

Casual attendance is welcome (but of course the more often you come, the better you’ll feel) :-)

You don’t need to book, just rock up and check in with Samantha before you settle in.
