Online Qigong/Yin- Sat 9-10 am
A slow and spacious practice, a little qigong to feel into the body and find the fluidity, ease and creativity then a slow transition into the stillness where we hold poses for a little longer to tune into the subtle expressions that the pose offers the body aimed in this season to support the Lungs, boost immunity and be more connected to intuition and stability.
A perfect way to connect from the comfort of your own home, you are guided to explore sensations in the body, stabilize the mind as we all need to grieve what was and embrace what is, do come and join me one or every Saturday at 9 am.
The practice of Dana is a Buddhist concept of giving what you feel and can, it enables you to explore your attachment or non-attachment to money, explore worth and value and generosity and authenticity. Accessible to all students.
As a guide I was thinking $13 a class, if there are more participants factor that in and if you do two classes a week also a factor that in, if finances are tight please don't let that stop you from coming, you are more than welcome.
