A fusion of breath, yoga and qigong, a fluid moving practice to feel into the body, to gently guide the mind to surrender to the breath to experience life fully in a moving form. When we move slowly we have the opportunity to feel into the subtle layers of the body and know ourselves as we transition. A beautiful and creative from, providing steadiness and creativity, honesty and exploration.
We have begun the online class exploration, thank you for being so open to the experience. I love that we connect as a community and support each other and have some routine.
The practice of Dana is a Buddhist concept of giving what you feel and can, it enables you to explore your attachment or non-attachment to money, explore worth and value and generosity and authenticity. As a guide I was thinking $13 a class, if there are more participants factor that in and if you do two classes a week also factor that in, if you are struggling with finances don't let that stop you from coming.
