IN STUDIO - 30min Personal Practice


Wednesday 7 am - 7:30 am (followed by silent meditation)

A time to step away from the demands of the day and into a clear and supportive space to practice yoga and meditation in the company of friends.

Developing a meaningful home practice can be challenging but it's a journey well worth exploring. Personal Practice sessions are offered to help you establish structure & confidence in your personal practice.

These sessions are precious and all are welcome.

We are only permitted to have 10 students in the studio, so booking is essential.
