Turning up and sitting with friends in silent meditation is a lovely way to support one another in practice and in life.
Offered by Dana (donation). you can make a donation both in the studio and online.

We are only permitted to have 10 students in the studio, so booking is essential.
PLEASE bring your own yoga mat, props and drink - Thank you.
Instructions are given during the Monday midday sit and the Thursday evening sessions (currently both held online and will return to the studio in the new year) - all welcome.
Please do take the opportunity to sit together whenever you can - Sangha (spiritual community) is one of the Three Jewels in Buddhism and is a precious part of the journey.
