Due to circumstances out of our control, we have changed the program for Mahashivratri but it is still going ahead.
NEW PROGRAM
Friday 21st Feb
8pm: 2 hours self-guided practice (this can include anything from movement, pranayama, writing, drawing, restoring etc).
10pm: Dharma Talk and chanting.
11pm-1am: silent sitting meditation.
1am: closing chant and quiet tea.
For anyone who would like to continue meditating, there will be supportive live meditation music for about half-hour followed by silence until 5am (you are welcome to sit, stand, walk and recline in this time).
This program is offered by Dana (donation) - your financial support goes toward the rent and helps support our ability to continue making meditation and dharma teaching as accessible as possible to all. 🙏🏽
