Be immersed in a happy marriage of yin and yang.
This evening practice is designed to entice.
It settles our day’s energy through relaxation and stillness, yet uses dynamic movement to clear and open space for freshness and vitality.
What to expect:
Begin lying supported on props, release neck, shoulders and hips.
Then follow the flow of movement up to standing, build heat and strengthen the heart and lungs.
Back to the floor to integrate body and breath on the belly, through seated poses, and possibly subtle inversions, to then recline in full relaxation savasana.
The goal is bliss.
