Beginners/Lv 1 Yoga with Vanessa


Iyengar Beginners’ yoga teaches 25 basic poses to methodically build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Level 1 yoga progresses from beginner’s yoga to start to include poses that build stamina, strength and mental and emotional stability.

Tuesdays 7:15pm Beginners and Level 1 combined

and

Saturdays 10:45am Level 1

All classes include a led relaxation at the end.
