Backcare and other ailments; This class builds strength in the spine and releases tight and fatigued muscles. It builds the core and brings stability where there has been pain. Vanessa modifies the poses to make them possible at all levels of ability. She also teaches skills of mindfulness which have been shown to reduce pain.
