ONLINE Early Morning Yoga with Katie


Learn this dynamic, flowing sequence to develop awareness and transform your inner-life. 

An advanced practice requires solid foundations which this sequence provides. 

You will receive one-to-one tuition as you learn the sequence by heart and listen more deeply inward. 

A deeply cleansing, revitalising and transformative practice.

Twice a week: If you are keenly interested in deep transformation sign up for twice a week. The practice rewards regularity and consistency.  

Once a week:  practice throughout the week at home using Katie's YouTube videos and Facebook page.

N.B: After 16 years of practicing this sequence I still find it challenging, beautiful and full of variations to meet differing needs. 

There is a variation for the menstrual cycle, for when you have a cold and even to suit the weather.
