The yoga room is a space for you to enter and feel welcome, to feel whole and to enjoy your body and breath.
It is your own private space to re-centre and be amidst a community of wellbeing.What to expect:We begin reclined in rest. We follow gentle sequences of movements. The mind becomes centred as the sensing body awakens.We move the spine: flex, twist, stretch. We find a feeling of integration. Arms and legs support the spine just right. The breath then supports everythingThe asana movements build to peak energy, then unwind to stillness. Pranayama breathing practices are often integrated into the movement.We rest in savasana relaxation.Simple yet profound. *All poses are adapted to meet your needs.
