Free "welcome to yoga" class with Katie

Dear friends, students, newbies and colleagues,


Join us this Monday 1st February 7-8pm for a free "welcome to yoga" class at Dharma Circle.


It is a good way for us to connect, in yoga and meditation.


Katie will be running a class through term 1 on Monday nights at this time, so it ’s a great chance to get to know her and the yoga teachings she shares.


There will be time for tea afterwards.
