Tuesday Yoga with Vanessa

Dear Yoga Students,

I will offer the Tuesday classes this week on zoom during the lockdown. I am attaching the link to the class. Please let me know if you would like to attend. You will see that it is scheduled for 6.45pm but this is because my zoom is set on Adelaide time. We will start at 7.15pm as usual.

You will need a yoga mat, a simple chair (kitchen/ dining), 2 blocks (or 2 books), a belt or scarf.

I will keep the class very simple. I think that it is good to keep the impetus up especially facing lockdown again.

Monday Midday Meditation with Samantha

DescriptionThese sessions offer lightly instructed meditation (about 20min) and an opportunity to check-in and ask practice-related questions.
As a way of providing a sense of continuity, the instructions follow on from the Thursday 7:45 pm Meditation and Dharma explorations - If you are interested in deepening your understanding, practice and application of the Buddha Dharma in your daily life, then It is recommended you try to attend as many of these sessions as possible.
However casual attendance both online and in-studio is always welcome.

Offered in the spirit of Dana (donation) - your generosity supports the capacity to offer these teachings and is greatly appreciated.
